Lesson policy:
GROUP: If we can not fill a group lesson with the amount of kids needed we reserve the right to cancel that class. If we do
so, we will do our best to find a spot for you in another class or session. There will be no charge to you for this
SEMI: If you sign up for a semi private lesson and want to have your child matched with someone, we do not gaurantee that
we can fill that spot. If that spot is not filled you will need to pay the difference for a private lessons. If you choose
to cancel at that time you will only receive 50% of the amount as CREDIT towards future lessons.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you choose to cancel your lessons you will only receive 50% of the remaining balance as CREDIT towards future lessons.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
Cancel before the start of a session: You have 72 hours from time of payment to make a change or cancel. If you should
cancel a session for any reason after the 72 hour time limit, you will receive a credit towards future sessions good till
the end of the swimming season.
Cancel at the start or during the session:
If the session has started and you wish to cancel during, you will receive 50% credit for the remaining days of the session
good till the end of the swimming season.
Payments:
If enrolling by phone WBSS requires payment over the phone by credit card at the time of sign ups. If enrolling in person,
payment is due at that time. If you need to make other arrangements, we will work with you. We give a 72 hour hold to clients
as a courtesySPACES WILL NOT BE HELD WITHOUT PAYMENT, due to non-payment in the past. Please be sure the sessions you
pay for are the sessions you want. You have 72 hours after making payment to make session date changes or cancel, if need
be, to your existing reservation. Otherwise if any changes in session DATES are made after that time frame, you will be charged
$25. Sessions that include holidays observed by WBSS will be considered a pro-rated session.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express , Discover, Debit, Check or Cash.
Returned Check Policy

The fee for a returned check is $20.00. Expect to pay the total amount of the returned check in addition to the returned check
fee of $25.00 with cash
Do you offer any kind of discounts?
Water Babies Membership:
If you are interested in a membership with Water Babies, you may purchase one for $20 per child. This membership is good
through the end of December, 2007 and entitles you to discounted swim rates for each session you sign up for, as well as one
Saturday a month free recreational swimming from 10am-2pm ( dates predetermined by WBSS staff and calendar released first
month of swim class) Purchase of a membership can must be done at the same time as payment for classes. It is good from
the date of purchase till the last day of December or the end of the swim season. The membership will cost $20 per child,
with a maximum of $50 for 3 children or more. Children may bring 1 guest. That child, who is not a member, will be charged
$5.00.
Las Madres :
Las Madres is a 501(c)3 non-profit public benefit organization for the support and education of young children and their caregivers.
Las Madres members can receive a 5% discount when they show their card before signing up for lessons. Not applicable with
any other offer. Discount not given after sign up has been processed.
Blind Babies Foundation:
Blind Babies Foundation provides home-based early intervention services to infants and preschool children who are blind, visually
impaired or multi-handicapped and visually impaired, and their families. Support services include home visits and accompanying
families to medical and educational assessments. Water Babies partners with BBF to offer any child in their program one FREE
group session of lessons. If a child is over 4 they will receive a credit for the amount of a group sesson put toward the
cost of a privates. (the difference must be paid at time of sign ups.)
