training pants and disposable swimming diapers are not acceptable.
NO RUNNING-the decks are wet and someone could easily fall and hurt themselves.
Children not in lessons must be kept away from the pool. They will not be allowed to roam the pool area or play with pool
toys or equipment.(hoses, faucets, rocks, etc..)

I do not see the times for lessons can you tell me those?
We are open 10am-7pm Monday thru Friday. Classes run every 20 minutes. Class times are based on enrollment and the number
of teachers if we have a group, semi or individual or multiple classes running.
Isn't it too cold to swim right now?
We have a dome that covers the pool and keeps it cozy in there for the kids. Once the weather gets nice, around April, our
dome comes down. The dome then comes back up in October to keep the kids warm in the winter. Lessons are held RAIN OR SHINE.
No make-ups for bad weather ,thunder, lightening etc.
Is the pool water temperature warm?
The pool temperature is kept between 90-92 degrees to make the children comfortable.
Can I watch lessons?
We offer chairs on the pool deck for your viewing comfort. We have umbrellas and a shaded area as well to shade you from the
sun and rain.
Does my child need to be toilet trained?
No your child does not have to be potty trained. All children under 4 years old must wear a swim diaper under their suits.
These are available for purchase at the desk ,at Target, or Tiny Tots in Campbell. Plastic training pants and disposable swimming
diapers are not acceptable.
My child IS toilet trained, even though he/she is not 4. Why do they have to wear a swim diaper?
Prevention. Our water is 90-92 degrees. This tends to relax the kids and there have been accidents. We do not want to take
that chance since if there is an accident we then have to close the pool. If your child has an accident and classes must be
canceled we MUST charge a $250 cleaning fee. If this happens a 2nd time the cleaning fee charge is $500
Is your pool indoor or outdoor?
Our pool is an outdoor pool, however we use a dome structure to cover it during the winter months. This is so that inclement
weather during the winter season does not obstruct us from providing you with lessons.
My child is sick, do you do make-ups?
Yes, but make-ups are for illness only. You may not have make-ups for missed lessons due to vacation. You must call each day
your child will be out of class. The office must be notified at least 6 hours in advance of the class to receive a make-up
for that class. We also realize this is not always possible, but ask if you know your child is ill to please call. People
start calling at 10a.m. for make-ups, we must know what we have available.
Only 1 make-up per sessions allowed.
Make-ups may not be accumulated, and must be made up before the end of the following
session. No makes-ups for missed makeup. If you schedule a make-up and connot come to that lesson, no other make-up will be
scheduled. Lessons are held RAIN OR SHINE. No make-ups for bad weather.
What happens on the first day of lessons?
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early. This will give you time to change and go to the restroom if needed. No playtime
is allowed before lessons, unless you are the last lesson of the day. The teacher will call for your child when it is time
for the lesson to begin. We go by our clock, so if you are watching the time please watch our clock. If you are late, the
lesson will still end after 20 minutes. If our teacher is late, the lesson will be a full 20 minutes (not ending at the regular
time). No one is allowed in the teaching area until lessons begin.
What can I do if my child cried during class?,br>
There are different degrees of crying. A certain amount of crying is OK from time to time and is to be expected from most
beginners. Be assured that your child is in good hands. Our instructors have a routine that works with kids of all ages.
Children cry for many reasons, our job is to help them overcome their fears and provide healthy boundaries. Most children
adjust and learn to trust quickly. Communicate any concerns with our office staff so that the instructor may address your
concerns the next class.
May I drop off my child?
Under no circumstances can you "DROP OFF" YOUR CHILD and leave the facility, a parent or guardian is required to be in attendance
at all times.
Can I request a certain teacher?
We can take requests for teachers. However due to circumstances beyond our control,
we CANNOT GAURANTEE SPECIFIC teachers.
